UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer flexible delivery options for all UK orders:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days for a fee of £2.99 GBP.
  • Next Day Delivery: Delivered the next business day for a fee of £7.95 GBP.

Free delivery on orders over £20.00 GBP.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location and unforeseen circumstances.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel is shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates depend on the destination country. Please refer to the guide above for estimated delivery times.

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Fridays will be processed the next business day (Monday). Please note that we do not operate on weekends or bank holidays.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use Evri, DPD, and FedEx for deliveries.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We currently offer DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. We do not offer DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) at this time.

RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If you wish to return an item, please post it to the address below:

  • Retain proof of postage and/or tracking details, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Include the completed Return Form in your parcel. If you’ve lost it, you can download a new one [Here].
  • Return items within 14 working days, ensuring they have original tags and are in their original condition.

We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receiving the parcel. Please note that during busy periods, this may take longer.

RETURN POLICY

  • Sale items: Returnable if in original condition and with tags attached.
  • Swimwear/underwear: Non-returnable unless faulty.

For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping your new item(s). However, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
